How many people can participate?
In our private boutique, from 6 people ($150 minimum). At your place, a minimum of 15 people is billed. Up to 50 participants per event.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
At the boutique: the deposit holds your spot and is deducted from your bill in store. It is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment once at no charge up to 48 hours before. If you cancel less than 48 hours before or do not show up, the deposit is lost. At your place: 30% deposit before taxes, non-refundable. You can change the date once, up to 7 days before, subject to availability. The final headcount is confirmed 7 days before, with a minimum of 15 people billed.
Do you travel to us?
Yes. In Montreal, travel, setup and hosting are $75 + taxes. Outside Montreal, travel is quoted separately.
How much time should I allow for setup?
Allow about 30 minutes for the charm bar setup before the event begins.
Can children participate?
Yes, children can participate in the workshop. It's an activity accessible to all ages.
