Frequently asked questions
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking your spot guarantees your access, especially on weekends.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, but it is deducted from your bill once you visit us in store.
Can I come as a group?
Yes! Indicate the number of people when booking so we can prepare enough space at the table. For 5 people or more, contact us for a private event.
How long should I plan for?
We recommend about 2h30 to fully enjoy the charm selection and assembling your piece.
What materials do you use?
18K gold-plated stainless steel. Water-resistant, hypoallergenic and won't tarnish.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid applying chemicals, perfumes and lotions directly on the piece, and remove it before swimming to keep it shining longer.
Are promotional charms transferable?
No. Promotional charms are valid per person and per jewelry piece. They cannot be transferred to another person or used on a different piece.
Can I book for a private event?
Absolutely. We organize private events at our boutique or at your location. Birthdays, bachelorettes, team buildings and more. Discover our private event packages here.
